Surat RTO Seizes Ryan International School Buses Over Unpaid Taxes – Crackdown on Defaulters Continues
The Surat Regional Transport Office (RTO) has taken strict action against tax defaulters by seizing 16 buses belonging to Ryan International School due to unpaid vehicle taxes spanning two months to two years. Two buses, registered outside Gujarat, were shifted to the RTO office, while 14 remain within the school premises. Authorities have directed the school to clear all pending dues before the vehicles are released. The RTO aims to intensify its drive against tax-defaulting school bus operators to ensure compliance and road safety.
