Bullet Train to Finish by 2028
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to completing the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project by 2028. He emphasized that while Gujarat has made remarkable strides in construction and infrastructure development, Maharashtra had faced earlier setbacks that are now being actively addressed. Fadnavis assured that coordination between the states and the central government has improved, accelerating progress in the state. Once operational, the high-speed rail will revolutionize travel between the two major cities, significantly reducing commute time and boosting economic connectivity.
