Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s Historic IPL Debut
14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi etched his name in IPL history by becoming the youngest-ever player to debut in the tournament. Representing Rajasthan Royals as an impact substitute, he made a sensational entry by hitting a six on his very first ball.
Suryavanshi went on to score a brisk 34 off just 20 deliveries, smashing three towering sixes. Teaming up with Yashasvi Jaiswal, the young talent contributed to a strong 85-run opening stand against Lucknow Super Giants. Despite their efforts, Rajasthan Royals fell short by just two runs in a nail-biting finish.
Suryavanshi’s fearless performance has quickly made him one of the most talked-about emerging stars in IPL 2025.
